1. Using Hangout

Hangout is a social app that lets you share casual activities with friends and join theirs. You must be at least 13 years old to use Hangout. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. This includes:

• Choosing a strong password and not sharing it with others
• All activity that happens under your account

When you post hangs, messages, photos, or other content on Hangout, you keep ownership of that content. However, you grant us permission to display it within the app to your friends, group members, or other intended audience as needed to provide the service.

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app. When you delete your account, all of your data is permanently removed, including your profile, hangs, messages, friend connections, and groups.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app. Continued use of Hangout after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Hangout is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the app running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
